| Rates: $1250
per week in season (May 15 through September 15) |
| Off-Season: off-season rates $800 week $2,400/month. Special off-season rates available for stays of 3 months or longer. |
| Method of Payment: We ask for a check
for 50% within a week of making the reservation. The remainder we ask
within two weeks of arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy: We recognize that
sometimes plans change. As our business is primarily during summer,
and the season is rather short, we ask that cancellations be made as early
as possible to allow us an opportunity to find other guests.
Cancellations made more than a month prior to arrival are refunded in
full. |
For high season rentals (May 15 through September 15),
cancellations made more than two weeks prior to arrival but less than one
month are refunded subject to a 10% service charge. Less than two
weeks before arrival, cancellations are subject to our ability to re-rent.
| Arrival/Departure: We ask that arriving
guests give us their best estimate of their intended arrival time.
Arrivals should be on Saturdays after 2 P.M. Departure time is 11 A.M. on
Saturdays. |
| Rental Contract: Weekly guests are
requested to sign a rental agreement. The agreement includes an
inventory list and holds the guests responsible for missing items and/or
damage to the property. |
| Kitchen Supplies: Guests rent on a
self-catering basis. Some staples are provided, such as salt, sugar,
spices, etc. These items are not inventoried. A full grocery
store, Crosby's, is located within a block. It is assumed that guests
wish to cook in the condo. Pains have been taken to provide all the
necessities to make cooking enjoyable. Should you wish to eat out, there are many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Menus
are available in the condo to help your decision. |
| Smoking: Harbor Wharfs Condo is a
non-smoking property. |
| Pets: Sorry, pets are not permitted. |
| Telephones: A telephone line is available at an extra charge based on actual cost of usage (.05/min regional .10/min LD). Phone jacks are available in every room for those needing computer dial-up connection. Guests are asked to estimate actual out-going usage and pay at the end of their stay. A DSL line can be made available, at cost (about $35/month) for longer staying guests.
